How do I pay?

When you make a call via one of our access numbers, it is your service provider that will charge you - not us.

For example, when you make a 5 minute call to India (using 0844 831 0000 - 2p/min access number) and you're a BT Together Option One Customer, you will be charged 5 x 2p/min, + 9.05p call connection fee - the total charge being 19.05p (inc VAT).

That's it! Your call will be charged by your existing phone provider and appear on your next phone bill.

1. All prices quoted are for calls made from BT landlines.
2. UK mobile operators may surcharge your call, please check with your provider to confirm their charges to call our access numbers.
3. Please ensure that you have the bill payer’s permission before you use the service.
4 . Calls are charged from the time of connection to the access number. Remember to hang-up if the phone is engaged.
